How long does printing take?
Production is typically 2–5 business days after payment, then shipping begins. Exact times depend on the print partner.
How long does shipping take?
US standard shipping estimates are confirmed with your order. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Can I change my order?
Contact support ASAP. Once an order is in production, changes may not be possible.
What if the shirt is damaged?
Email photos to support within 14 days and we will help with a reprint or refund per our return policy.
How do sizes fit?
See the Size Guide. When between sizes, many customers size up.
Can I return a custom-printed item?
Custom print-on-demand items are generally non-returnable unless defective or incorrect. Details are on our returns page.
Where is my tracking number?
Use Track Order, or check your shipping email once fulfillment completes.
